The Blue Piano focuses on highlighting producers with heritage and personality that, for the most part, utilize sustainable/organic/biodynamic practices and delves into more obscure, value driven regions. With an extensive wine by the glass program, hand crafted beers, wine punches and beer mocktails, even those in need of a "spirited" libation will be satiated.
